Our Story

For over 20 years, Sheri's Coffee House has served specialty coffee at 27 Whittlesey Ave — one block north of Main Street, in the building that once housed Norwalk's post office. It's the quintessential small-town coffee shop.

In 2018, under new ownership, we introduced environmentally conscious packaging, expanded our organic and direct-trade offerings, and began partnering with local artists and artisans — opening a new conversation around hospitality and sustainability.

In 2022, we brought roasting in-house with on-site electric roasting and created our own brand, Firelands Coffee Co. Roasting our own beans cuts more than 85% of a traditional coffee shop's emissions.

Since then, Sheri's Coffee House has become Norwalk's destination for coffee exploration and education, partnering with local businesses to deliver ethically sourced, consciously roasted beans to our friends and customers.

Together with Firelands Coffee Co., we're committed to The New Traditional, a sustainable, intentional lifestyle that honors the craftsmanship of our past.
