Inside this old building, we're writing a new chapter for uptown Norwalk: small-batch coffee roasted by hand at Firelands Coffee Co., warm mornings at Sheri's Coffee House, good company at The Mail Room, and hospitality that feels like home. We call it "The New Traditional", honoring the craftsmanship of the past while building something fresh, sustainable, and full of heart.

And we're always looking for good people to build it with us. Whether your happy place is behind the espresso machine, the bar, or the roaster, if you take pride in your craft, love your community, and light up when you make someone's day, there's a seat for you here.
